I had some good and specific questions emailed to us today so I decided to post this in our blog for everyone's benefit.


1. How do you finance such transaction?
This is a lease purchase and thus finance is delayed.

2. Where do my money goes which I invest?
Braam, if I understand what you are asking then the funds you commit to the deal are part of the purchase and therefore are deducted from the total purchase price of the property.

3. When do I take full ownership of the house?
This is up to you, and this is ultimately one of the powerful benefits of this method.

You control the deal, and you decide when it suits you to move ahead with full ownership within given parameters. If you are not ready or the bank is not giving you the conditions and terms such as interest rate or finance you prefer then you can wait and do this at the best time that suits you.

4. Who’s attorneys facilities the transaction?
You could use your own attorney however in the book "Buy Your House Without the Bank in Less Than 30 Days" I refer you to someone who I prefer as a trustworthy and competent professional when it comes to such a specialised deal.
