Is a Blacklist Preventing Home Ownership for You?

Is the bank declining your South African right of Home Ownership just because you defaulted or have a blacklisting in your past?

If you are blacklisted by history and intend to repair your adverse record then perhaps there may be an alternative solution for you!

      Dear Blacklisted,

One of the first requirements that lending institutions require in regards to providing credit for a home loan is that you are not blacklisted by history payments and that your credit score is not too low! The reason your record is too low may be directly relating to a blacklist on your credit profile.

Your credit score is determined by your repayment habits and therefore missing payments (defaulting) or non-payment may result in your home-loan being declined even if you are now up to date on payments.

This means that you may be putting off house purchasing for up to 3 years or more waiting for your blacklistings to be removed purely because you were disqualified in the past because of a blacklisting.

As a last resort to owning a home the other home purchase alternative people are seeking is 'blacklisted finance'

Blacklisted finance may actually be more harmful than helpful in the end!

Loans for blacklisted people is not the best answer as this mostly requires that you already own existing property and that your blacklisted loan does not exceed the 30% equity ratio of your home.  To find out more about this type of loan read this article "Are You Sure That You Want Blacklisted Finance To Purchase Your Home?"

Most people who have a serious blacklisting usually are aware of their problem however many are still surprised, so before you rush out and waste time searching for a new property to purchase perhaps it's wiser to ask "Am I blacklisted and if so then how bad is this blacklist?" Simply request your credit report from Experian or TransUnion. Once you are aware of the problem, you then can take action to repair it!

If you are Blacklisted but have a definite desire to repair your bad credit profile then I can show you now how possible it is for you to own the house you desire!

Bond Free Homes is not offering you blacklisted finance or a bond for blacklisted people. In fact, these methods of property purchase are the most expensive in the industry and definitely can cost you an absolute fortune over the full term of ownership. Bond-Free-Homes does not either offer to repair your blacklisting as we are not a credit repair company either!

Don't buy into the lie that you cannot own your own home if you are on the  blacklist!

Beware Of the Snake Oil Salesman!

      Picture
The term snake oil salesman became popular back in the old and wild west American days. The most common usage of the phrase 'snake-oil salesman' was a derogatory term used to describe dubious salesmen selling quack medicines with unverifiable benefits. - Ref. Wikipedia

If you search around you may find some credit repair companies claiming to be able use their specialised legal skills to quickly correct any blacklisting or judgement you have on your name. This off course being in return for a once-off fee!

In some valid cases, I would agree that your record can be cleared or improved, however for the majority of defaulters the simplest reason for your blacklisting is simply that you have not paid, late paid or underpaid on a owing debt, which ultimately reflects at the credit bureau's like Experian or TransUnion ITC.

There are many credit providers offering to assist you with home loan finance even when you are blacklisted and have a judgment against your name. Please understand that Bond-Free-Homes are not credit or financial services providers of any sorts!

The National Credit Act provides specific remedy and guidelines for financial services companies and home loan companies to follow, thus if you wish to purchase a home the "normal" way then you should be prepared for these credit and financial rules which may currently limit your home buying ability.
