Dear Creative Buyer,
I, like many of you have spent many hours, days and weekends looking for
a home that I just couldn’t buy for one reason or another!
There was always something preventing my progress, like not having enough money
for a deposit, transfer fees or a low credit score that kept me back from my
dream home.
So what did I do?
I landed up renting instead of buying a house! I ended up with a home that
initially was suitable, but eventually got to me because it felt pointless to
personalise the house as it wasn’t my own.
I was pulling my hair out in frustration because as a renter I couldn’t rip up
those smelly ugly carpets or re-tile that old fashioned pink bathroom that I had
gotten so used to! And every time my friends came over for a braai I felt
embarrassed when they asked me if it was my house or if I was renting the home.
Wouldn’t it be nice to know that you can rent to buy your own home despite your credit record or not having enough cash?
I’m going to challenge you to read a short case study of someone who had the
very same issues I did and also thought he couldn’t buy a house for himself

credit record would taken even longer to repair itself.
