      A friend a while ago asked me to reveal how I could purchase almost any home in any area using my proven system. At first, this question made me sceptical, I did not believe that anyone would really be interested in learning this until she convinced me otherwise.

      Why is it great but dangerous? It is a great time because it's a buyers market but this time is dangerous because interest rates are at their all time lowest! Low interest rates can be like a two edged sword, if you don't know what you are doing.
